The Experience
Your evening begins with a one-hour guided trail ride through the Sam Houston National Forest with Ty Nordic. As the sun begins to set, you’ll arrive back at the ranch to find a glowing fire pit and a table set just for you beneath our big, light-wrapped tree.
You’ll enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared dinner — your choice of:
- Salmon, Steak, or Chicken
- Seasonal Sides
- A sweet dessert to finish the night
Bring your own wine or beverages to enjoy during your meal. Then sit back, relax, and soak in the quiet charm of a true Texas evening.

Her passion for creating peaceful, meaningful experiences shines through in every ride and every meal.
